PORT ORANGE, Fla. (FPCSports.com) — The Flagler Palm Coast swim teams delivered a strong all-around performance at the 2026 Record Breaker Invitational on Saturday, September 12, in Port Orange.

The FPC boys finished second among eight teams with 384 points, trailing only meet champion DeLand. The Bulldog girls scored 274 points to place third behind Spruce Creek and DeLand. Flagler Palm Coast combined for seven event victories and numerous podium finishes throughout the meet.

The Bulldog boys opened the competition with a victory in the 200-yard medley relay.  Alexander Rudik, Kyle Pawulski, Noah Roznos and Sammy Cimbala finished in 1:43.90, nearly two seconds ahead of runner-up Spruce Creek. Cimbala added two individual victories, winning the 200-yard individual medley in 2:04.55 and the 500-yard freestyle in 4:58.88.

Rudik captured the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 54.38 seconds, edging Spruce Creek’s Noah Arazashvili by nineteen-hundredths of a second. Roznos gave the Bulldogs two swimmers on the podium by finishing third in 55.86.

FPC closed the meet with another relay victory as Cimbala, Kyle Pawulski, Roznos and Rudik won the 400-yard freestyle relay in 3:28.58. The Bulldogs finished more than five seconds ahead of second-place DeLand. Roznos also placed second in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 23.76, while Rudik took second in the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:04.57. Jordan Whitaker finished third in the 500-yard freestyle at 6:25.58.

On the girls side, Stella Guymon won the 50-yard freestyle in 25.72 seconds and later placed second in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:11.16.

Emma Gilbert earned FPC’s other girls individual victory, taking first in the 500-yard freestyle in 5:58.61. Gilbert also placed third in the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:25.57. Ella Yorgey recorded a pair of runner-up finishes, placing second in the 100-yard butterfly in 1:05.68 and the 100-yard backstroke in 1:03.56.  Rhiley Albin finished third in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 2:23.67, while Jade Hreib placed third in the 50-yard freestyle in 27.54.

The girls also produced two second-place relay performances. Yorgey, Gilbert, Hreib and Guymon finished the 200-yard medley relay in 1:58.37 before combining for a runner-up time of 4:04.90 in the 400-yard freestyle relay.

Overall, the FPC girls recorded 18 podium finishes, while the Bulldog boys totaled 32 podium finishes during a productive day in Port Orange.
