Flagler Palm Coast High School welcomes students from a variety of educational settings. Students enrolled in approved non-traditional educational programs may be eligible to participate in FPC athletics and activities in accordance with Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA), Flagler Schools, and state eligibility requirements.
Please review the information below to determine which registration process applies to your student.
Florida Virtual School (FLVS Full Time)
Students enrolled full-time in Florida Virtual School (FLVS Full Time) are considered virtual school students and may be eligible to participate in athletics at their zoned public school.
Registration Process:
FLVS Flex
Students enrolled in FLVS Flex are considered Home Education students under Florida law and FHSAA regulations. FLVS Flex students must be registered as homeschool students with Flagler Schools before athletic eligibility can be determined.

- Page 2 must be signed in front of a notary.
- Page 3 must be completed & signed by the Flagler Schools Home Education Office
Home Education (Homeschool)
Students educated through a registered Home Education Program may participate in interscholastic athletics at their zoned public school, provided they meet all eligibility requirements.
Registration Process:
- Page 1 & 2 completed by family.
- Page 2 must be signed in front of a notary.
- Page 3 must be completed & signed by the Flagler Schools Home Education Office
Private School Students (Schools with Fewer Than 200 Students)
Students attending eligible private schools with enrollments under 200 students may qualify to participate in athletics at FPC under Florida’s school choice and participation provisions.
Registration Process:
- Page 1: Completed by the family
- Page 2 & 3: Completed by the private school that the student attends.
iFlagler Virtual School
Students enrolled in iFlagler Virtual School may be eligible to participate in athletics through Flagler Schools.
Registration Process:
Personalized Education Program (PEP) Students
Students participating in Florida’s Personalized Education Program (PEP) through the Family Empowerment Scholarship may be eligible to participate in athletics at Flagler Palm Coast High School when they meet all applicable FHSAA and Flagler Schools eligibility requirements.
PEP students are considered non-traditional students and must provide documentation verifying their participation in the scholarship program and academic progress.

- Page 2 must be signed in front of a notary.
Partially Enrolled Students
Partially enrolled students are students who receive a portion of their education through Flagler Schools while also participating in another approved educational option, such as homeschooling, FLVS Flex, PEP, private instruction, or a private school program.
Students who are partially enrolled at Flagler Palm Coast High School may be eligible to participate in athletics, provided they meet all FHSAA, Flagler Schools, and FPC Athletic Department eligibility requirements.

Important Eligibility Information
Participation in athletics is not guaranteed until all eligibility requirements have been verified and approved by the FPC Athletic Department and Flagler Schools.
Students must:
- Meet all FHSAA eligibility requirements.
- Maintain satisfactory academic progress.
- Submit all required athletic forms and documentation.
- Maintain residency requirements when applicable.
