Flag Football Earns Back-to-Back Road Shutouts


March 6th, 2026 | CRESCENT CITY, FL –The Flagler Palm Coast Bulldogs flag football team put together a pair of dominant defensive performances last week, earning consecutive road shutouts with a 13–0 win over Menendez on March 5 followed by a 15–0 victory over Crescent City on March 6.

The Bulldogs opened the two-game road stretch with a strong showing against Menendez, using a balanced offensive attack and stifling defense to secure the shutout victory.

Nereyda Campos led the way offensively, accounting for both Flagler Palm Coast touchdowns on the ground while also throwing for 107 passing yards to keep the Falcons defense off balance.

The Bulldogs defense controlled the game throughout. Taci Cook made two key interceptions to halt Menendez drives and maintain momentum for FPC.

Makayla Barbel delivered a dominant defensive performance, recording five sacks while also contributing 50 receiving yards on offense. Stephanie Turner added 57 receiving yards, helping move the chains and sustain several Bulldog drives.

Flagler Palm Coast – Crescent City 0

Flagler Palm Coast carried that momentum into the following night with another strong defensive effort in a 15–0 win over Crescent City.

Once again, Nereyda Campos was a difference maker, scoring on a rushing touchdown and adding a passing touchdown to lead the Bulldog offense.

Tori Spann turned in a dynamic performance, hauling in a touchdown reception and finishing with 100 yards of total offense.

Defensively, the Bulldogs continued to shine. Stephanie Turner came up with a key interception as the FPC defense held Crescent City scoreless to complete the second straight shutout.

With the pair of road victories, the Bulldogs showcased their ability to control games on both sides of the ball, combining explosive offensive playmakers with a relentless defensive effort.
