Bulldogs Battle Past Father Lopez


PALM COAST (FPCSports.com) – Bulldog Girls Volleyball (1-0) put together a strong team effort in their matchup against Father Lopez on Wednesday evening in front of a packed house inside the Anderson Athletic Center to kick off the 2025 regular season with a thrilling 3-2 victory over the visiting Green Wave.

Senior Faith Dailey led the offensive charge with 7 kills and 13 total attacks, finding ways to score in critical moments while also contributing 3 blocks at the net. Brie Sproul added consistency with 6 kills, 10 assists, and 12 digs, proving to be a steady presence on both sides of the floor.

From the service line, Kaitlyn Ebding was sharp, delivering 4 aces on 15 attempts while passing at a 73% clip in serve-receive. Marina Carlisi also kept the pressure on, recording 3 aces and 20 serves at a 95% success rate. Defensively, Gwendolyn Peres anchored the back row with 12 digs, while Peyton Smith chipped in with 5 more.

At the net, Sophie Campbell was a force, finishing with 5 kills and 3 blocks, while Cameron Graham added 2 kills and 3 block assists. Cailyn Wainright and Ava Sheifer rounded out the lineup with strong contributions in key rotations.

The Bulldogs’ balanced attack and commitment to defense made the difference, as they continue to build momentum early in the season.
