Bulldogs Edge Fletcher 49–47 on Senior Night Thriller
January 16, 2026 | PALM COAST, FL – The Flagler Palm Coast boys basketball team delivered a memorable Senior Night performance Friday, January 17, holding off Fletcher for a hard-fought 49–47 victory inside the Anderson Athletic Center.
In a game that featured multiple lead changes and a playoff-like atmosphere, the Bulldogs leaned on balanced scoring and timely defense down the stretch to secure the two-point win in front of the home crowd honoring its seniors.
Senior guard Nate Perry led FPC with a team-high 12 points and seven rebounds, providing steady offense throughout the night. Anthony Hampton followed with 11 points and eight rebounds, knocking down key baskets to keep the Bulldogs within striking distance during tight stretches of the game. Ja’Siah Sanders added nine points, while Nateshawn Royal contributed eight points, four rebounds, and three steals in a strong all-around effort.
The contest came down to the final possessions, with FPC making crucial stop and knocking down a pair of late free throws to protect the Bulldog victory. The Bulldogs are back on the court on Monday January 19th as they travel to compete in the Spruce Creek MLK Invitational where they will take on the Wekiva Mustangs at 2:30pm.
