Girls Weightlifting Sweeps Team Titles at Tri-Meet
November 12, 2025 | Palm Coast, FL — The Flagler Palm Coast girls weightlifting team continued its dominant start to the season, sweeping both the Olympic (Snatch & Clean & Jerk) and Traditional (Clean & Jerk & Bench) competitions on Wednesday over New Smyrna Beach and Mainland. The Bulldogs powered their way to first place in team scoring behind strong individual performances and an impressive display of depth across all divisions.

Olympic Division Highlights
101 lbs – Senior Alexcia Lilavois led the way with a dominant performance, winning her class with a 90-lb snatch and 95-lb clean and jerk for a 185 total (139.42 Sinclair points). Kristy Owens finished second (145 total / 112.50 Sinclair), while Elena Hagi, Nikyah Renwick, and Zoey Nelson gained valuable experience in exhibition lifts.
110 lbs – Angelis Rosa claimed the top spot with a combined 205 total (90 snatch / 115 clean & jerk), earning 144.68 Sinclair points. Amelia Jurec finished second with a 175 total, showing excellent consistency across her attempts. McKinley Dove lifted 105 in exhibition.
119 lbs – The standout performance of the meet came from Nya Williams, who lifted a meet-high 345 total (150 snatch / 195 clean & jerk) and posted an outstanding 229.96 Sinclair score. Aaradhana Moluguri followed with 235 total, while Audrey Totten contributed a 150 exhibition total.
129 lbs – Gabriella Garcia took first with a 215 total (134.93 Sinclair), and Coraline Slocum earned second with 170. Emma Zwirn and Brianna Greif lifted in exhibition, continuing to build competition experience.
139 lbs – Lillian Ames (255 total) edged out Beatriz Pereira (240 total) as the Bulldogs went 1–2 again. Chloe Foster added a 190 total in exhibition.
154 lbs – Cali Weehunt captured gold with a 245 total, including a strong 140-lb clean & jerk. Makayla Melton finished second at 230. Rheagan Hoban lifted 105 in exhibition.
169 lbs – Another Bulldog sweep saw Brianna Long (230 total) edge Tatum Pierce (220 total). Navaeh Martinez, Ellie Pierce, and MJ Hopkins added solid exhibition lifts to round out a deep showing in this class.
183 lbs – Kelsey Coyne took top honors with a 255 total, narrowly ahead of Lynnsie Jones (245). Jaysa Hopkins, Alea Hardy, and Kelsie Fedun also impressed as exhibition lifters with totals ranging from 190–220.
199 lbs – Arianna Almeida won her division with a 255 total, powered by a 150-lb clean & jerk. Anais Martinez finished second at 165.
Unlimited – Maya Dean claimed gold with a 195 total, and Aaliyah Williams followed with 190 to close out another full-team sweep.
Depth and Dominance
With 53 total team points in the Olympic event and 49 in the Traditional, the Bulldogs once again showed why they’re among the state’s most complete programs. Nearly every weight class featured an FPC lifter atop the standings, with a large group of younger exhibition lifters gaining valuable meet experience. The Bulldogs return to action next Wednesday November 19th as they host Nease and Taylor at 4:30pm.
